Heavenly Hands Massage Clinic – Terms and Conditions

By booking a massage appointment with Heavenly Hands Massage Clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

We provide a range of massage services including:

Swedish Full Body Massage
Deep Tissue Massage
Aromatherapy Massage
Indian Head Massage
Hot Stone Massage
Face Massage

All services are by appointment only.

2. Bookings

Appointments must be made via our online booking system, by phone, or by email. Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure a booking.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged in full at our discretion.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure subsequent appointments are not delayed. The full session fee will still apply.

5. Health & Safety

Clients must inform the therapist of any health issues, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition contraindicates massage therapy.

6. Conduct

Heavenly Hands maintains a strict policy of professional conduct. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund.

7. Liability

We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the current terms.
