Our aim is to ensure all clients receive professional, high-quality massage therapy. However, we understand that cancellations or changes may sometimes be necessary.
1. Cancellations

24+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling

Less than 24 hours notice: No refund (at our discretion)

No-shows: No refund
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only granted in cases where:

The clinic must cancel an appointment

A treatment could not be completed due to therapist error

A genuine medical issue prevents the client from attending (proof may be requested)
3. Package Deals & Gift Vouchers

Partially used packages or vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferable

Expired vouchers are non-refundable
