Heavenly Hands Massage Clinic – Refund Policy

Effective Date: 10/07/2025

Our aim is to ensure all clients receive professional, high-quality massage therapy. However, we understand that cancellations or changes may sometimes be necessary.

1. Cancellations

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling

  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund (at our discretion)

  • No-shows: No refund

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only granted in cases where:

  • The clinic must cancel an appointment

  • A treatment could not be completed due to therapist error

  • A genuine medical issue prevents the client from attending (proof may be requested)

3. Package Deals & Gift Vouchers

  • Partially used packages or vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferable

  • Expired vouchers are non-refundable

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at heavenlyhandswithstacey@gmail.com with your name, appointment details, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

  • Cancel using the booking system on your account
